Job Description
- Manage administrative function and establish internal administrative systems and controls.
- Contribute fully to implementation and oversight of technical assistance in the area of management.

- Establish systems to facilitate efficient vehicle use and proper maintenance.
- Assist in knowledge management process
- Undertake business travel as required
- Undertake any other activity that contributes to the smooth running and development of the organization.
- Checks security arrangements of office premises and ensures safety of office and staff.
- Ensures provision of utility services in office like electricity, gas, water, telephone, fax, internet etc. and ensures continued supply without interruption.
- Checks misuse of office facilities by staff and reports to Manager.
- Undertakes all the work related to purchase of furniture, fixtures, office equipment, computers, vehicles/motorbikes/cycles, air conditioners etc.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of physical assets and office, including vehicles, equipment, furniture, and office building. Arrange for repairs as necessary.
- Hire, train and supervises drivers, peons, riders, telephone operator, sweeper etc. and ensures efficiency on their part.
- Maintains attendance, leave records, time records of staff and ensures that office discipline is maintained.
- Welcomes and looks after guests.
- Assist the Manager and performs any other work assigned by the Manager.
Job Specification
- Possess an understanding of IT Services.
- Proven relationship building skills
- A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Excellent communication, both written and oral, and presentation skills.
- Strong PC skills to include proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
