We need talented and experienced agents. This job is NOT for inexperienced agents. At least you should have 2 year experience in similar position. Apply carefully your experience and sales per day could be verified from your Ex Employer.
The job: Agents have to call USA residents shift starts 9-to-9 EST USA. Agent needs a PC, headset and a DSL connection to calling from home.
Interview: Based on your CV. You will be selected for Interview. Interview will be conducted by our HR manager in USA. You must possess excellent (NOT just above average) American accent spoken English skills.
Probation period: One month is Probation period. You will be evaluated bases on number of sales. Minimum sales 15 are required. If agent fail to maintain 15 sales he/she will be rejected straight away. However compensated. Normally agents do 2-3 sales per day.
Salary: During probation period only commission will be given 5 USD per Sale. After probation period Same commission will be given plus 100 USD basic salary per month.
