Software development -experience in .net and csharp, visual studio and little bit in SQL queries Customer Support -Communicate overseas clients via skype chat and record their technical issues. -Provide user support both technical and general in person through email or Text chat. -Perform data validation and data entry in SQL databases or via software tools. -Access and resolve client computers via remote Desktop Connection using VPN and diagnose any installation issues. -Respond to customer issues and resolves problems independently or in consultation with other staff or end user personnel. General -The candidate must have good communication and presentation skills. -The candidate must have interest in learning new tools and can do attitude.

This job is combination of both software development and customer support. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who wants to learn and move forward in his career. We will provide training for new tools and procedures.
