Salary
- Your Salary Depends on your skills , Experience , Education & Interview
- Your Bonuses are Between Min 50k to Max 300k ( Depends On your Targets Acheived )
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- At least 1 years' of relevant work experience
- Minimum Atleast Intermediate to Maximum
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Requirment
- Candidate must have completed his/her matric & intermediate.
- Graduated & Masters candidate with good experience will also be in list of preference.
- Candidate who will come with 1 year experience in customer care services will be highly recommended.
- Candidate knows how to handle client on call or through text messages.
- Candidate with 1 year CALL CENTER experience will also recommended.
- Candidate must have a good team work ability to hold him/her self in different task a sign by team leader or team head.
- Candidate must be good in linguistic languages.
- Preference language will be ENGLISH.
- Candidate must know who keep his/her good attitude with co-workers.
- Candidate must have good sense of humor to understand the rules of market.
