Business Development Officer (Real Estate)

We are a City Business Icons looking for smart and energetic Business Development Officer candidates in our Wah Cantt Office, who will be responsible for selling residential and commercial ongoing projects for our real estate company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organizing sales visits
• Demonstrating and presenting sales products
• Establishing a new business with investors
• Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors.
• Reviewing sales performance
• Negotiating contracts and packages
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 2 or more years of experience working in a business role.
• Good knowledge about the real estate sector.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with clients.
• Knowledge of the sales process.
• Great selling skills
• The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and research new markets as needed.
