Job Description
As a Blockchain Developer on our team, you will be leading, building and owning backend services and infrastructure that power various blockchain and crypto products.
To ensure success in this role, you should possess extensive knowledge of blockchain paradigms, know the fundamentals of cryptography, and have experience in building engineering systems that interact with the blockchain. An outstanding engineer will be able to build stable, secure systems around decentralized finance, and have the ability to translate dense technical topics to those less versed with blockchain applications.
- Translate business requirements & end to end designs into technical implementations
- Contribute to projects in security, blockchain technology, and distributed systems
- Responsible for building, testing, releasing and maintaining blockchain infrastructure, applications (Dapps) and creating smart contracts
- Participating in the crypto and blockchain community, through open-source projects, conference presentations, or similar mechanisms
- Making an impact that matters to our clients!
You will also be invited to take part in R&D works done within our Practices. You will have the chance to assist or be a speaker at must-attend international IT conferences.
You will have the opportunity to write articles for our Blog or specialized press. Genuine ambassador of Henka, you will present our offers and take an active role in the development of the company.
In addition, you will contribute to the social, environmental and purpose driven objectives and initiatives of Henka in order to positively impact our environment, customers, communities and ourselves as an organization and individual.
Job Specification
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in software development and delivery (Java, Kotlin, NodeJS)
- 3+ year experience with Solidity or CORDA 4.x and smart contract development
- Solid understanding working knowledge of Blockchain principles
- Fundamentals of Cryptography
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Experience with DevOps, Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Client focused mind-set with a commitment to best quality
- Ability to solve complex engineering problems that deliver results aligned with team objectives
