The Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:

1. Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
2. To locate potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
3. To manage and maintain their monthly sales target.
4. Daily add posting on all social media’s official accounts i.e., Facebook, Olx, Zameen, Instagram, LinkedIn; access given by the company.
5. Daily calls to the leads provided by the company and follow up to their own potential clients. Minimum 5 calls have to be done per day.
6. Researching organizations and individuals online especially on social media by posting adds to identify new leads and potential new markets.
7. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
8. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
9. To update their daily data regarding sales and cold calling on live sheets shared by their managers.
