Job Description
We are a Uk Based BPO company. We are looking for CCE/ CSR for Injuries claim outbound sales. Who can speak fluent English and responsible for making outbound calls to customers of our international clients based in Canada. Training will be given to the selected Candidates only.
Shift Timings;
2:30PM to 10:30pm and 12:00 am to 7:00 am.

Job Specification
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience in a customer service/telesales role, ideally in a contact center environment with high call volumes.
- Sales attributes.
- Be able to work on targets and objectives.
- Experience of using Communication Software.
- A well developed British or Neutral Accent.
- Confident and self motivated.
