Job Specification
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Computer Sciences
Proactive / be ready to take ownership of the situation
Excellent command on Windows 9X, XP, 2000 & VISTA
Hands on Experience with Dial up, Cable and DSL trouble shooting
In-depth Knowledge of MS Office suite, along with MS Visio and MS Project
Good command on Software licensing and compliance issues
Hands on Experience with Providing Remote Support to the customers (level 3 support)
Excellent communication skills both verbal and non verbal are mandatory for this role
Strong background in software and hardware trouble shooting
Potential to be able to become part of aggressive environment and be able to grip pressure situations
Ability to work nights shifts.
