Job Description
- Testing
-Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
-Validate test cases traceability to requirements and use cases.
-Perform system testing and release testing.
-Create and maintain all test results in a project library.
-Use bug reporting via online tool (i.e. Bugzilla)
-Documentation
-Write user manuals and release notes.
-Prepare video and training material using screen capture and video recording tools.
-Provide training via online presentation.
-Customer Support
-Communicate overseas clients via skype chat and record their technical issues.
-Provide user support both technical and general in person through email or Text chat.
-Perform data validation and data entry in SQL databases or via software tools.
-Access and resolve client computers via remote Desktop Connection using VPN and diagnose any installation issues.
-Respond to customer issues and resolves problems independently or in consultation with other staff or end user personnel.
