Job Description
AR Accountant required to remotely work for our division office in Baltimore, serving their accounting needs.This position involves heavy interaction with customers over the telephone, and also requires good expertise performing basic accounting tasks. Main responsibilities includes:
* Generation of invoices and sending to the international Customers.
* Making adjustment entries and entering into Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains).
* Maintaining AR Ageing Schedule.
* Making reminder calls to the International customers for receivable issues.
* Processing of employees reimbursement claims.
* Drafting of analysis reports using Microsoft Excel for the management.
Job Specification
Strong accounting concepts.
- Excellent verbal /written communication in English.
- Excellent command in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting packages.
- Experience in working for a Call Center would be a plus.
- Minimum Qualification B.Com / A Levels.
