The SEO Manager needs to bring a mixture of technical, creative and strategic skills to a tight knit team who work together to achieve the singular purpose of search engine domination.

Knowledge of white hat SEO methods and best practices -Creation, ownership and maintenance of keyword strategy -Managing reciprocal link exchange programmes and directory submissions -Managing submission and optimization of paid search (keyword, ad copy & bids) -Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to analyze results to determine key findings -Monitoring SEO and paid search online conversions to ensure effectiveness of team members and Strategy to ensure maximization of search visibility -Basic programming and web design knowledge, and how it affects SEO is desirable -Implementing code changes and enhancements to key (owned and earned) assets to ensure highest ranking possible -Define, document, and implement best practices for SEO analysis and reporting, and provide guidance for and monitoring of ethical standards of SEO
