Leads Generation Specialist

Working with our sales, messaging, and demand generation teams, you will be responsible for:
• Providing robust customer information based on ideal customer profiles
• Updating the existing customer database
• Receiving feedback and updating research methodologies accordingly
• Monitoring our database and ensuring any bad data is quickly addressed
• Maintaining a best-in-class customer database

Essential Requirements
• B2B database platform expertise: You're an expert at using these tools to research company and individual-level data (e.g. InsideView, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Conscientious: You're devoted to maintaining the integrity of a vast data set.
• Develop relationships with prospects, including C-level and Director-level executives • Collaborate with consultant and partner teams both locally and nationally to develop proposals, onboard new clients, and identify upsells.
• Assist with other marketing initiatives, including PR, content, etc.
• Support the future expansion of the growth marketing team.
• Understand sponsored search, paid social, email marketing, content marketing, affiliate marketing, and SEO.
• Analytical abilities
• Be able to glean useful information from client calls and pass it along to the development and SEO teams.
• The ability to add value through innovative ideas.
• Ability to establish relationships with customers.
• A good understanding of business and entrepreneurship.
