During the internship period, the Intern shall have the responsibility of performing the following duties:

1. Performing day to day real estate job as directed by the senior management.
2. Initiate and engage in sales calls with new prospects on a proactive basis.
3. Coordinating requirements, developing, and negotiating contracts to close new business deals.
4. Contact potential clients to find potential business transactions; discover and explores prospects through active social media and digital marketing
5. Make sales transactions every month to earn rebate

The internship is strictly commission based and the internee will be compensated with a strict stipend of Rs. 5000 for any services unrelated to sales that he/she conducts on behalf of the Company.

The internee will be compensated in knowledge, education and experience as consideration for the duties and responsibilities that he/she will undertake during this period

NOTE : Any sales that the internee makes, he/she will get a percentage over it.
