Job Description
*Responsible for Sales Calls which will contribute to company's customer growth in units sold and revenue attained.
* Representative is responsible for increasing the sell-in percentages of all CORE products.
* Taking inbound calls Using communication / diffusing skills to satisfy a customer Principal Accountabilities:
* Answers questions and provides assistance to potential and current customers.
* Executes Sales Calls which will result in maximizing sell-in percentages.
* Educates and becomes an expert on company products. Supports customers in purchase of product and placing orders over the phone.
* Answers inquiries regarding sales, shipments and transactions.
* Enter orders and accurately updating information in computer systems.
* Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers.
* Meeting or exceeding monthly / quarterly / annual sales goals & team goals.
* Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Using knowledge base / training material to resolve customers concerns
* Reporting issues to the review departments providing quality customer services to all the clients.
* Making sure that all the KPIs are met participating towards team goals devised by the management
Job Specification
Required Skills Fluency in written & spoken English language - Good typing skills - Capability to understand and follow the procedures and advise customers accordingly - Patience and anger management skills - Knowledge of the Program, Salesmanship, Use of Rebuttals, Script Flow. - Ability to use OS, CRM and Telephony hardware. - Sales experience preferred, with demonstrated success in an inside sales role. - American or Neutral accent mandatory.
