RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS DESCRIPTION
1.Process the receipt and delivery of goods:
- - Ensure that all goods are stored and packed safely and securely, at the right place
- - Filing and classification of the store documents
- - To check and register each item going in and out in the respect of HI procedures
- - Check the quality and the quantity according to the delivery and what is defined on the field order
- - Process to the monthly stock inventory by computer and report to the logistic manage
- - Supervise the loading of goods to send on the field according to the security rules
-deliver materials according to the construction follow-up
-supervise the workshop team for the preparation of the material kits and packaging
- Contribute to the development and adaptation of the stored items according to the needs
2.Security and the maintenance of the warehouse:
-
- - Guarantee the cleanliness of the store and make little repairs if possible
- - Lock the doors and keep keys in a safety place
- - Inform immediately the line manager in case of any problem related to security
- - Control and verify all movements of the goods in the store
- - In NO case any goods from the warehouse (including damaged goods) can be thrown away or sold
without the specific authorisation of the logistic department
- - Any missing or damaged goods should be reported immediately to the logistic department -
3.Administrative follow-up of the stores:
- Fill the delivery notes stores copy
- Issue the waybills and packing lists
- Fill the waybills and packing list stores copy
- Weekly update of the field order forms
Prepare the field order follow up at the end of each month and send a copy to the logistics manager
