Pinnacle requires inbound offshore executives for its customer support operations. Handling customers via inbound calls, live chats and email correspondence are the major tasks. Needs to perform business requirements and trend analysis for client satisfaction and profitability. Job includes pure customer service operations for our international clients. We are looking for someone who is responsive, dedicated and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent language, communication and interpersonal skills required. Sound knowledge of computers & internet with above average typing speed. Should be able to assure 100% customer satisfaction. Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer issues/ complaints with patience. Command over graphical applications would be an additional benefit. People with preceding call center experience with international customer support will be favored
