Job Description

In a Nutshell:

Gaditek is currently looking for an Agile Manager who would be managing several projects with multiple Agile project teams & deliver agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users.

The incumbent has to be a team player, who is capable of handling different roles at the enterprise & team level.

Once you are here, you will:

Define the scope of projects to schedule regular & timely delivery of value

Lead & manage large & complex enterprise-level projects

Prepare progress reports to deliver & present them to relevant stakeholders

Provide consultancy to the teams & removing roadblocks from their processes while holding them accountable for their commitments

Lead multiple agile teams for managing & executing multiple projects

Delegate appropriate people, processes & tools to maximize teams’ efficiency and productivity

Define, manage and lead well-defined project management processes

Empower the team by ensuring that each team member is making the best use of their skills & efforts

Assist Product Owner in managing customers’ expectations

Improve the capacity of project work by mentoring & developing team members

Job Specification

Relevant Experience:

Capability to lead multiple teams and utilize interpersonal skills like mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills

In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence

Proven ability to lead software development projects and collaborate with multiple teams & stakeholders for successful execution

Ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are delivered as per prior commitments

Proficiency and experience in using Agile Project Management tools such as Jira/Assembla

Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools

Familiar with OKR methodology

Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level

Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to lead the team with a solution-oriented approach
