INBOUND UK TAXI BOOKING CAMPAIGN

Job Specification:

People who have previously lived in the UK will be preferred.
People with previous experience of a Taxi Cab Campaign will be preferred.
Exceptional communication skills preferably with foreign accent (British).
Experience in Call Centre Industry will be preferred.
Excellent skills in Customer Management.
Complaint Management & Escalation Process.
Self-motivated.
Good team player.
Ability to multi-task.
Achieve established standards for call handling quality.
Goal-oriented, determined and high-achiever.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs 50,000.00 to Rs 70,000.00 /month plus other benifits
