This position supports the sales team by generating add-on sales leads from outbound calls.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (responsibilities include but are not limited to)
• Placing calls over the telephone to create sales opportunities.
• Contacting the customer base and creating up-sell opportunities for the sales team.
• Identifying and/or contacting customers in relation to special targeted sales campaigns.
• Sending appropriate product information and follows up with clients.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Providing reports as needed.
• Organizing and placing multiple calls within a specific shift, maintaining accurate records of calls placed and results of calls.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including excellent phone presentation skills (ENGLISH)
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications especially Excel
• Experience utilizing the phone, email, and other marketing media
• Ability to prioritize, organize, plan and coordinate activities/time while managing workload
. • Proactive, detail-oriented, team player, having strong technical and analytical skills.
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
• Ability to meet and/or exceed the established number of outbound calls.
• Effective listening skills
WORKING DAYS Monday - Friday
Market Competitive Salary + Commission

Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
