Job Description
A well-reputed Call center “True Achievers Bpo” located in Rawalpindi, looking for CSR to join our team for its US campaigns i. e Diabetes ( CGM ) DME, CGX, and Final expense. Must have a good command on communication skills specifically ENGLISH. And the ability to work in Night Shift.

Responsibilities: • Managing calls. • Generating Sales leads • Assessing and identifying customer's needs and satisfaction. • Use valid accurate tools to gather complete information. • Follow communication procedures, policies, and guidelines.
Working Hours: • 8 pm - 6 am. (10 hours). • Full time. • Monday – Friday.
Preferred: • Candidates from Rawalpindi, Islamabad.
