Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• You will be working closely with project team to plan and implement process and operational changes across product modules.
• You participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancement
• You will collaborate to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• You will follow the best practices for deployment and DevOps
• You will remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices
• You will ensure availability of the Salesforce platform and provide on-call support to resolve application issues
• You will possess true “roll up the sleeves and get it done” working approach
• You will have to resolve serious performance related issues through various techniques, including testing, troubleshooting, debugging and profiling.

Required Skills:

• Salesforce Sales cloud
• Apex, Triggers, Batch jobs
• JavaScript
• Aura Components
• LWC (Lightning Web Components)
• SFDX, VS Code IDE, Continuous integration
• SLDS
• Git
• REST and SOAP APIs
• Docusign & Conga is a plus and Einstein Analytics (preferable)
