Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher Responsibilities:

• Matching candidates to vacancies
• Reviewing candidate applications
• Best utilisation of Company Resources and Tools i.e. Job Boards, LinkedIn and other Databases
• Ensuring accurate database records are maintained
• General administration duties such as Data Entry, E-mailing
• Headhunting and sourcing candidates across LinkedIn, job boards and social media
• Delivering exceptional levels of customer service to candidates and clients

Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Can do attitude
• Positive outlook
• Sustainability and equality focus - we expect you to act as a professional
• You love a good challenge
• You are the first to roll up your sleeves and work with relentless energy until you solve the unsolvable, beat the unbeatable and you will always come out on top
• Passable doesn't cut it - you've got fire in your belly to learn more, do more and be more
• For you, the sweetest success is shared success and you're known for your good nature
• Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery
• Demonstrate dependability in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency about getting results
• Ideally have an Information Technology or Math’s or equivalent degree, we are happy to consider fresh graduates from a top ranked Universities
