Responsibilites & requirements

• Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
• Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
• Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
• Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
• Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
• Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
• Monitoring , responding to, and communicating with the online community.
• Growing the company’s social media reach.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Completes social media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
• Management of all social media platforms of the company.
• Management of company e-commerce website.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Knowledge of In-page (URDU) , idea of Graphic Designing & Video Editing
• Having idea of SEO & SEM
• Knowledge of general office procedures
• Punctual , Loyal and fluent in English reading and writing
• Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
• Report on department performance to the management.
• Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
• Understanding of graphic design principles.
