Personal Assistant to CEO
Hexa-Tech IT Solutions is currently looking for personal assistant to its CEO. Aspirants must have pleasant personality, hands on proven experience of minimum 1 year in same field.
Responsibilities
• Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Take dictation and minutes
• Source office supplies
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• Devise and maintain office filing system
Requirements
• Proven experience of minimum 1 year as an Assistant to CEO
• Willing to work in evening/night shifts
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Fluent in English Communication
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Bachelor’s degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus point
