FINANCIAL ANALYST is required by an established organization to assist its research department in developing monthly research pieces, advisory/consulting activities, high-level analyses and templates for our clients, keeping abreast of real estate industry and market issues. The financial analyst will be exposed to the real estate industry as well as other financially related industries. Candidates should be research oriented with strong analytical and writing skills as well as advanced skills in Power Point and Excel . MBA, BS/BA (Economics and/or Finance preferred) is required with two years of work experience in report writing of finance-related job. Excellent writing and research skills required as well as an ability to build relationships with clients over the phone.
