Job Description
Provide comprehensive managerial/technical assistance for planning, design and construction of the medical facility;
Liaise/coordinate with different government organizations, including Capital Development Authority, for obtaining necessary approvals and consents;
Ensure the smooth development of the project in coordination with the consultants, contractors and vendors on administrative and operational matters;
Monitor progress of work and generate reports related to different aspects of the project as and when desired by the management; and
Manage and supervise the entire technical and administrative activities in pre and post construction phases.
Job Specification
Should have a MBA degree preferably from LUMS/IBA/QAU. Candidates with additional qualifications in Civil Engineering and/or Project Management will be preferred;
Must have at least 8 - 10 years' experience in handling similar projects;
Should be well familiar with the government/CDA regulations;
Familiarity with project management software applications such as Primavera and/or MS Project will be an added plus;
Strong analytical and influencing abilities; and
Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
