Job Description
The ideal candidate should
Hold a Bachelor/Masters degree preferably in Computer Sciences
Have minimum 4-5 years of experience in Customer Services preferably in the technical environment. The experience in IT Service Management will be preferred.
Should have experience in technical project management
Should have hands on experience of network, systems, applications, utilities and security suite on clients systems / end-user machines
Urge for analysis, troubleshooting & investigation
Effectively manage large teams for successful completion of work
Manage and resolve trouble-shoots and incidents
Provide technical support on all end-user issues in the area of IT Networks, systems and security
Gather information about client-end / end-user support mechanisms in an enterprise environment
Coordinate with different functional teams within the organization
Manage Internal IT Assets management by following the companys SOPs
Ensure IT Customer Service support to the end users
