Job Description

The ideal candidate should Hold a Bachelor/Masters degree preferably in Computer Sciences Have minimum 4-5 years of experience in Customer Services preferably in the technical environment. The experience in IT Service Management will be preferred. Should have experience in technical project management Should have hands on experience of network, systems, applications, utilities and security suite on clients systems / end-user machines Urge for analysis, troubleshooting & investigation Effectively manage large teams for successful completion of work Manage and resolve trouble-shoots and incidents Provide technical support on all end-user issues in the area of IT Networks, systems and security Gather information about client-end / end-user support mechanisms in an enterprise environment Coordinate with different functional teams within the organization Manage Internal IT Assets management by following the companys SOPs Ensure IT Customer Service support to the end users

Job Specification

Essential Skills Have complete understanding of ITIL environment Should have understanding of system admin procedures and IT service management Have good communication and interpersonal skills Have good problem solving, analytical and presentation skills Have sound co-ordination and follow up skills Have the ability to meet deadlines under pressure working conditions on continuing basis Be proficient in English Be a team player Should be dynamic and organized
