- This job is for those people who has expertise for creating the manuals for software for Technical point of view and for user manuals. - Develop, write, and maintain information for internal and external audiences such as specifications, user manuals, online help, installation and upgrade instructions. - Perform reviews of product documentation. - Understand different user levels and writes to the appropriate level. - Develop working knowledge of product functional area.

* At least BS/MS in Software Engineering or equivalent * Experience with web-based application documentation and online help documentation. * Experience with screen capturing, creating illustrations and diagrams, or graphic manipulation. * Ability to research and understand new technologies.
