Title: Sales Officer
Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manger, Head Office
Based at: Altaf & CO plaza near Veterinary University, Lahore
Job purpose:
To plan and carry out direct selling activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of semen, AI equipment and other dairy farming products offered by the company.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1.Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
2.Plan and carry out direct selling activities (principally walk-in customers) to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
3.Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post and telephone.
4.Maintain and develop existing and new customers relationships.
5.Maintain and report on products stocks levels suitability for direct sales.
6.Liaise with any other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
7.Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
8.Can efficiently use internet and computer in sales activities
