• To repair and overhaul the Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump, Vain Pump, Bent Axis Pump, Gear Pump and hydraulic motors.
• Maintenance and repair of hydraulic valve i.e. Servo Proportional Valve, Proportional valve, Directional Control Valve, Pressure
• Reducing Valve and Pneumatic control valve
• To read and review Specifications of Process Data Sheets (PDS), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P & I D), Process Flow
• Diagrams (PFD), General Arrangement (GA) Drawings & Detail Engineering.
• To maintain and repair high pressure hydraulic system of earth moving equipment’s and De assemble and assemble all types of hydraulic /pneumatic cylinders.
• To assist line manager in Planning, Execution of mechanical & hydraulic system with respect to Steel manufacturing divisions such as Melt Shop, Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF), (CCM) continuously casting machine.
• To develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, to ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out and lead the team to deliver effectively.

• Read and understand Hydraulic drawings and symbols,
• Familiarity with SAP maintenance module (preferred),
• Proficient in cylinder jacks dismantling.
