Working as part of the information security team at Cyber Hub, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for delivering Security Lifecycle services to Cyber Hub's clients. As a Project Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth transition of services through the security engagement pipeline, from project inception with security architecture through to security testing and security review of the project, enabling its transition into completion. The role will involve working with various client contacts, including but not limited to Security Architects, Security Consultants, tech leads, business managers and risk managers to ensure the security engagement pipeline is managed proactively throughout lifecycle of projects
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with clients to define IT security projects are delivered on time and within agreed time frames.
Advise / guide clients on the security engagement process
Ensure the timely triage and smooth flow of security engagements between the clients and Cyber Hub team
Co-ordinate regular forums to prioritize tasks, address issues, review status
Ensure all team space (including workflow, templates) is maintained
Tracking of tickets to ensure SLAs/timelines/deliverables are not breached
Manage team timesheets
Maintain an open dialogue with key stakeholders at client's side
Experience of using JIRA/Confluence
Excellent communication skills and experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize where necessary
Strong understanding of fundamental information security concepts and technology.
Experience with IT GRC/IRM platforms a plus
Relevant project management certifications including Prince2 or PMI
ISACA or (ISC)2 Certification a plus.
