We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our backend accounting team.

Responsibilities:

• Day to Day Accounting and Bookkeeping works
• Recording of Expenses bills under the appropriate categories
• Recording of Direct purchases and allocation of costs
• Monitoring the sales posting and making sure the cost of sales are captured properly
• Bank reconciliations
• Monthly Income statement, Balance sheet along with analysis reports,

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or its equivalent

• At least 1 to 2 years of accounting experience in a reputable company

• Fast learner and good Ms Office suite knowledge required

• Ability to work with the accounting software packages (Quickbooks, ZohoBooks)

• The ideal candidate must be able to join immediately
