What you need to apply;
At least 2 years in web design and development with Expert knowledge in:
 PHP (must know it inside and out!)
 MySQL,
 Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
 XML, XHTML, XSL
 Database development and design
 Must be able to work well independently and in teams with others
