Some understanding of AWS security and monitoring will be regarding as good.
Knowledge of skills in AWS CLI and Understanding in automation infrastructure, testing, and deployments is good.
Help Senior Architects to design AWS Cloud services
Understanding of Cloud Computing concepts

*Job Timings may start very early like at 5AM (50%)

Out of Cloud skills

Good understanding of networking concepts (IP, subnets, routing)
Good understaning of Servers (either Windows or Linux)
Eager to learn new technologies
Attention to detail
Team player
AWS certified will be a plus but not essential.
Experience with API (REST, Oauth or similar)

Number of skills you know will be relevant of application success.
