1. Handles Incoming and Outgoing Customer's Call
2. Monitoring of System Event and its follow-up with Customers.
3. Providing services to customer with relevant information.
4. Managing Monitoring and ERP Application
1. Candidate must have good writing and communication skills
2. Knowledge of Microsoft office application
3. Must be attentive, sharp and proactive
4 . Experience of Customer Services/Call Center Operations of Bank, National/Multinational Companies, food deliveries, tracking services will be preferred.
5. Fresh Graduate having excellent customer services skills may also apply .
