Customer Care Representative

• Work in a collaborative call center environment, growing and developing professionally while managing inbound and outbound calls and email correspondence

• 1+ years’ experience in customer service or call center a plus, but not mandatory

• Flexible schedule We operate in the morning shifts afternoon shifts.

• Bachelor's degree or some college (preferred)

• Computer proficiency

• Empathy and the ability to take initiative for the customer

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to creatively resolve difficult situations

• Ability to quickly learn web-based user support applications

• Good commounication skills in Urdu & English.
• Must have computer Knowledge and 30 WPM speed
• Minimum graduation degree holder
• Assist customers through ecommerce website
