Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Monitoring and Controlling multiple projects in Marketing and Design Team
• Manage projects from beginning to end, including; planning, execution, and cross-functional involvement in marketing projects and processes.
• Build aggressive schedules that adhere to fast-paced timelines, with the flexibility to adapt as needed
• Must have the ability to consider each milestone, each task as a project
• Strong understanding of Project Framework and SDLC
• Proactively and regularly communicate out to key stakeholders, cross-functional partner,s and marketing teams to ensure clear visibility into and accountability for upcoming milestones/deliverables
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously for different marketing team leads
• Lead meetings and calls, with clear agendas, action items, follow up notes, and issue tracking
• Proactively mitigate risks within project scopes, helping to escalate and drive resolution with the team
• Facilitating SCRUM Meetings and ensuring the g desired agenda to be achieved by the the nd of the meeting
• Schemes sprints, picks tasks from OKRs based on priority and places in sprints
• Proactively Identifies hindrances and ensures timely resolution
• Follow a designated project management methodology to achieve all tasks
• Provide daily status reports to Project Managers on actions completed and planned
• Plan and schedule calendar(s) with limited consultation, resolve calendaring conflicts
• Driven and tenacious with the ability to deliver multiple projects against competing deadlines
