We are UK based accountancy practice, seeking to hire a trustworthy individual for Pakistan based office who can work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. Accountants can expect to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete reports to management. You should have a firm grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations and possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills.
To ensure success, Accountants should be prompt, honest detail-oriented, professional, and analytical. Top candidates will have excellent presentation skills with the ability to successfully communicate complex quantitative data to decision-makers.
What You'll Do
- Preparation of Limited Company Accounts, corporation tax returns and self-assessment tax returns
- Analyse/Request/Prepare UK VAT and submissions
- Client portfolio management including dealing with client queries
- Preparation of management accounts
- Keeping account books and systems up to date
- Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients
- Daily ad hoc tasks, working as part of a team and ensuring that all deadlines are met
Job Timing: 9-5:30 (UK Time)
Job Specification
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Ideally ACCA or CA Part/Full Qualified More education or experience may be preferred.
- A strong background in accounts preparation and taxation. 3 years Minimum accounts experience gained from general practice or similar role.
- Good IT skills and knowledge of a variety of accounting software. Experience with Xero, sage 50 and QuickBooks advantageous
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
