Accounts & Finance Executive

• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
• Prepare balance sheets
• Prepare and Process invoices
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Update internal systems with financial data
• Reconcile bank statements
• Track bank deposits and payments
• Maintain daily Petty cash transaction

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Knowledge of financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Sharp time management skills
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.COM, ACCA)
• Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar role.
