As an IT software sales representative, your job duties include
- Sell our software globally.
- Answering questions from clients before and after purchase and providing a demonstration of the software to ensure it fits each client's needs.
- Achieve sales goals
- Build relationships with clients
- You spend the majority of your time on the phone with customers to land a sale and maintain client happiness.
- Handling clientsβ day-to-day queries.
- Working on new clients to follow up, to increase sales.
- MUST be able to exhibit strong verbal communication
- Excellent English communication skills (writing and verbal)
- Must be a team player
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
- Exceptional at building relationships with clients, employees, and candidates through EXCELENT ENGLISH written and verbal communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software.
