Telemarketing Executive - HR Outbound Calls

We are looking for a HR telesales representative to be responsible for HR outbound sales calls. The telesales representative's responsibilities include:
• Contacting potential customers
• Reading from a prescribed script
• Answering customers' questions on our services.
• Close potential leads and convert them to sales
• Documenting customer information

A successful HR telesales representative has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.

Salary Package for the right candidate will be 80K to 100K.

Telesales Representative Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills and good sales ability
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• 2-3 Years of Telesales Experience.
• Working knowledge of HR is an asset.
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
