Responsibilities:
Respond efficiently to customer queries via digital chat platforms with accurate information.
Finding resolution of customer queries by interacting with the concerned departments and getting back to the customers with solutions.
Providing information to customers regarding company's product and services.
Work for better customer service and continuous quality improvement.
Meeting targets and customer service/experience related KPI's
Excellent written English communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical skills in reading and listening.
Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office.
