A new opportunity has arisen within Immersive Professional Solutions for a Managed Services Provider Infrastructure Technician.
The post holder will work in a team of Service Delivery and Support Specialists to provide first class service and post sales support to Immersive Professional Solutions Internet’s Managed Service customers.
The team will manage the provision, maintenance and repair of complex network and hosting services for Immersive Professional Solutions enterprise and corporate customers.
The successful candidate will be experienced in a support team within a managed services environment.
Troubleshooting and deploying Windows 2016-2019
Troubleshooting/diagnostic skills
VMware and/or Hyper-V experience
ConnectWise experience
Implementing network software upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
Support end-users in a help desk environment, resolving hardware/software issues
Configure servers and other key components in Azure
Azure administration and support
MS Office 365 administration with domain synchronisation
Configuring and managing firewalls, VPNs and other network appliances
