Cavlogic Consulting Group is looking for an experienced Web and Graphics Designer. Ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of solid web and graphics design experience. The most important thing in this role will be having an eye for art and you will have a very strong
portfolio of websites, template designs, and graphics to showcase. Must be able to transmit specific messages by means of appropriate visual material. These messages may be aimed at projecting a certain image of an organisation, transmitting information or promoting a
service or product.
Job Specification
*Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD)
*Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media particularly design programs such as Quark Xpress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver, Flash, Corel Draw and CSS as most graphic design work is now completed on a computer
*Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
*Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
*Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches
*Must be able to convert PSD designs to XHTML/CSS templates.
Good hand on Photoshop
Div based style, CSS(3.0), HTML
Conversion of PSD to HTML with Div based style.
Knowledge of Flash will be preferred.
