Customer Support Engineer having Bachelor’s Degree in electronics.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent customer service. Receive inbound calls from existing customers including service engineers identify and resolve caller needs, issues and provide guidance.
Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with Company installed equipment and escalate issues to management appropriately.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed:
· Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in electronics.
· Must be a computer literate with a typing speed of 30 wpm+
· Must have atleast two years of professional experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple tasks
· Previous telesales/customer support representative experience a plus, but not required
