Markcon is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking and multi-tasking Student Recruitment Manager - Business Development Assistant to join our international team with an immediate start.
A successful candidate would be one who is able to positively promote the company through hard work and professional conduct. This should always reflect in the candidate’s professional presentation during office hours. By working at Markcon, one would have several responsibilities as a student recruitment manager. Some of those responsibilities would include:
- Customer Services
- Various day to day administration tasks
- Frontline Reception duties
- Student Counselling
- Customer database (CRM) maintenance
- Managing leads and inquires
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Drafting professional emails and letters
- Assessing and screening candidate’s applications
- Conducting telephonic interviews at the initial stage to assess the candidate’s suitability
- Networking and head-hunting potential candidates
- Working on other projects as directed by the management
- Reporting and maintenance of record
- Product Development and expansion

- Administration, International Student Recruitment, Office Management, Business Development, Network Development
- Good IT skills (Microsoft office 365, Social Media Marketing, upright research skills, advanced web development and social media skills)
The successful candidate shall be given training and equipment to carry forward the main duties.
