We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our Engineering teams globally. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
- What you will be doing:
- Really understand what sort of talent the company is looking for and prioritize recruitment efforts based on those requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and partner with them throughout the recruitment process.
- Set candidates up for success.
- Drive and continuously improve the Engineering recruitment process together with Engineering leadership.
- Writing and posting technical job advertisements and descriptions.
- Parsing specialized qualifications and skills for screening IT resumes.
- Sourcing potential candidates via different professional platforms.
- Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance.
- Being on a constant lookout for seriously talented people by developing and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Maintaining courteous communication with prospective candidates to foster long-term relationships.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives & create liaison with career placement cells.
- Ensuring that accurate job descriptions are in place.
