Position: D&D Engineer

Experience Required : 1 - 3 years in well reputed manufacturing company.

Required Qualifications: B.Sc. (Electrical Engineering)

Age Bracket: 22~25 years.

Main Responsibilities includes:

• To prepare design of new products, design data sheets, design output records, process flow charts and relevant test reports.
• To prepare BOQ and BOM of all new and existing design of products.
• To design and prepared drawings of different parts on autoCAD.
• To design and prepare technical drawings of all parts.
• Prototype production of new designs
• Prototype production for sampling / analysis of different samples.
• Preparation of design flow charts.
• Preparation of technical drawings and technical data sheets.
• Root cause analysis of failure of products/ rejection in production and products received against customer complaints.
• Development of new products and continuous improvement in existing products.
• Supervise and perform internal calibration of all in-house equipment, prepare calibration plans and reports.

Preferred Skills:

1. Must be proficient in 2D drawings on AutoCAD
2. Must be well versed in use of MS Word, MS Power point, MS Outlook, MS Visio.
3. Must be proficient in MS Excel.
4. Should have basic knowledge of design and development techniques.
5. Must be good in quantitative and qualitative skills.
6. Must be good in analytical and presentation skills.
7. Should have good knowledge of report writing and presentation
