Job Description
Prepare accurate monthly salary of all employees of IMK.
Record days worked and over time hours of employees in payroll software.
Preparing overtime hour sheet and maintaining a record of every department.
Ensure validity of data required for monthly salary preparation.
Deal with employees regarding their queries.
Cater all employees to issue leave form when required.
Maintain monthly leave and absence record and carry out the necessary deductions in the salaries .
Prepare monthly reports of HR.
